GP Eco Solutions bags Rs 1.2 billion solar project in Punjab

GP Eco Solutions India Limited has secured a Rs 1,219.2 million contract from Welkin Renewable India Private Limited to execute a grid-connected solar project in Punjab.
The project, with a total capacity of 24 MW (31.67 MWp), is expected to be completed by March 2026.
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract was awarded on July 10, 2025. Under the agreement, GP Eco Solutions will be responsible for the complete project cycle. This includes engineering and design, procurement and supply of equipment, installation, erection, testing and final commissioning.
