Genus Power Infrastructures Limited has formed two special purpose vehicles (SPVs), Genus Shekhawati Smart Metering Private Limited and Genus Marwar Smart Metering SPV Private Limited, to execute advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP) services as part of the revamped distribution sector scheme (RDSS).
The projects will focus on strengthening, renovating, and augmenting existing distribution systems to improve efficiency and reliability in power distribution.
