The Electrical Research & Development Association (ERDA) has received official approval as a third-party laboratory by KAHRAMAA (Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation).
ERDA’s test reports will now be recognized for the KAHRAMAA distribution network (up to 33kV), covering Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear, Instrument Transformers, Conductors & Accessories, Insulators & Insulating Materials, Earthing Systems, and Insulating Oil.
This accreditation positions ERDA as a trusted partner in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for electrical products in the region.
Additionally, ERDA’s services will assist Indian manufacturers seeking to export electrical products to Qatar, ensuring compliance with KAHRAMAA’s stringent requirements.
ERDA is also accredited by DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) and TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) in Malaysia.
