Emmvee Photovoltaic gets SEBI approval for Rs 30 billion IPO

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has received clearance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to proceed with its initial public offering (IPO). The company filed preliminary documents with SEBI in July 2025, seeking to raise Rs 30 billion through the IPO.

The offering comprises a fresh issue of shares worth about Rs 21.43 billion and an offer for sale of promoter-held shares valued at roughly Rs 8.56 billion.

Founded in 1992, Emmvee manufactures solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and solar water heating systems. Its products serve utility-scale, commercial, and residential solar projects. The company’s portfolio includes high-efficiency monofacial and bifacial modules, with increasing focus on advanced cell technologies such as TOPCon.
