Mitarsh Energy Private Limited has secured the L1 position in a tender issued by NTPC Limited for solar power projects, covering the 300 MW AC / 450 MW DC Nokhra Solar Project.
The company has also secured two additional projects under NTPC, including a 150 MW AC (208.020 MWp) Devikot Solar Project and a 90 MW AC (126.063 MWp) project. The tender was issued in December 2025, with bid awards finalised after four months.
The Nokhra Solar Project scope includes operation and maintenance (O&M) under a comprehensive contract. With this order, Mitarsh Energy expands its position in the solar O&M segment, with a managed portfolio exceeding 14 GWp and a workforce of over 1,700 technical professionals.
Under the tender, Mitarsh Energy will deliver O&M services for grid-connected systems. As part of the NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) framework, the company will support capability development through routine O&M activities. All maintenance records will be maintained by the O&M contractor, made available to NGEL on request, and transferred at the end of the contract period.
The scope includes ensuring safe access across plant areas such as photovoltaic (PV) arrays, inverter rooms, and transformer yards throughout the year. The contractor is also required to carry out at least three cycles of vegetation or grass cleaning annually.
Founded by Naresh Patel, Mitarsh Energy provides solar plant maintenance services, with experience across projects totalling more than 7,500 MWp, focusing on plant efficiency and asset life optimisation.
