Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (DCBL), a subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Limited, has signed a share subscription and shareholders agreement (SSSHA) to acquire a 26% equity stake in Solis Urja Energy Private Limited.
The acquisition involves the purchase of 1,750,000 equity shares worth Rs 17.5 million, to be completed in one or more tranches.
