Bolt.Earth raises $5 million to expand EV charging solutions

Bolt.Earth has raised $5 million in a Series A+ funding round, led by Version One Ventures with participation from existing investors USV and Prime Venture Partners.Â
The company plans to use the funds to scale its operations in India and develop fast charging stations for two-, three-, and four-wheelers.
The company will deploy end-to-end EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, and maintenance, targeting apartment complexes, builders, enterprises, and fleets.Â
Bolt.Earth is also working on next-generation light electric vehicle DC fast chargers for two- and three-wheelers, along with DC ultra-fast chargers up to 240 kW for four-wheelers, currently in production.
Based in Bengaluru, Bolt.Earth operates a network of 36,000 charging stations across 1,600 cities, serving 210,000 active EV users with both standard and fast charging solutions.
