CleanMax commissions record 530 MW renewable capacity in Q1 FY27
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (CleanMax) commissioned approximately 530 MW of renewable energy capacity during Q1 FY27, marking its highest-ever quarterly commissioning. The additions increased the company’s operational renewable energy portfolio from approximately 3.6 GW as of March 2026 to approximately 4.2 GW as of June 30, 2026. The company said the milestone strengthens its execution capabilities and reinforces its position in the commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy segment.
Operational portfolio and capacity additions
As of June 30, 2026, CleanMax’s operational renewable energy portfolio comprised approximately 3.5 GW under its RE Power Sales business and approximately 0.7 GW under its RE Services business.Â
During the quarter, the RE Power Sales portfolio expanded by 403 MW, including approximately 350 MWp of solar capacity and 53 MW of wind capacity. The largest capacity additions came from Gujarat (approximately 170 MW), Karnataka (approximately 160 MW) and Maharashtra (approximately 110 MW), while additional projects were commissioned in Haryana and Chhattisgarh. In total, the company commissioned projects across 11 sites in five states during the quarter.

Customer portfolio
The company said recent customer wins include Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT and GACL, indicating continued demand for renewable energy from technology, data centre and industrial customers.Â
CleanMax’s contracted renewable energy portfolio reached 5.7 GW in FY 2025-26, with approximately 74% of new contracted capacity coming from existing customers. As of March 2026, the company served 588 customers across technology, digital infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors, with Data Centres and AI infrastructure accounting for 42% of its contracted RE Power Sales portfolio.
