Adani Green Energy Limited has set up two new wholly owned subsidiaries to support its planned growth in renewable power. The entities, Urjasetu Renewables Limited and Hydrobloom Power Limited, were incorporated on 02 December 2025 by Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited.
The company reported the move in a filing to the BSE and NSE on the same day. It stated that AREH11L, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green, registered both URL and HPL with the Registrar of Companies in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Each entity has an authorised and paid-up capital of Rs. 1,00,000. Neither has begun operations and both have recorded no turnover.
The filing said the two companies have been created to undertake power generation, development, and distribution using wind, solar, and other renewable sources. Both are classified under renewable power generation. AREH11L holds their entire share capital. Adani Green noted that the incorporation does not fall under related party transactions and did not require any government approvals.
The additions are part of Adani Green’s plan to expand its utility-scale solar and wind portfolio. In November, the company formed two step-down subsidiaries, Adani Hydro Energy Thirteen Limited and Adani Hydro Energy Sixteen Limited, on 21 November 2025 under Adani Saur Urja KA Limited.
