Adani Energy Solutions Limited has set up a new wholly owned subsidiary named Adani Energy Solutions Step-Fourteen Limited.
The subsidiary has an authorised share capital of Rs 1 lakh and a paid-up share capital of Rs 1 lakh. It is yet to begin operations and currently has no turnover.
According to the company’s disclosure, the subsidiary will operate in the electric utilities sector. Its objectives include transmission, distribution, and supply of power along with related infrastructure services.
The acquisition of shares is through cash consideration, with equity shares issued at a face value of Rs 10 each. Adani Energy Solutions holds 100 per cent of the shareholding.
Adani Energy Solutions Step-Fourteen Limited was registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, at Ahmedabad on 2 September 2025.
