Adani Energy Solutions appoints Pramath Nath as Chief People Officer
Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has appointed Mr. Pramath Nath as its Chief People Officer with effect from July 1, 2026. The appointment follows his transition from Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), where he served as Chief People Officer until June 30, 2026, according to regulatory filings.
Mr. Nath joined the Adani Group in October 2022 and served as Chief People Officer of AGEL before taking up his new role at AESL.
He has nearly three decades of experience across the energy, consulting, technology, retail, hospitality and pharmaceutical sectors. He holds an MBA from XIM-Bhubaneswar, an LL.B. from Delhi University and a B.A. from Ramjas College, Delhi University.
His previous assignments include CHRO – Asia Pacific & India (Steam Power) at GE Power, Executive Director – HR at KPMG, and leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Reliance Retail and the Oberoi Group. He is also a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mr. Samir Prakash ceased to be the Chief People Officer of AESL with effect from the close of business on July 1, 2026, due to organisational restructuring.
The companies said the disclosures were made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026.
