ACME Solar reports 59% rise in FY26 revenue, PAT doubles

ACME Solar Holdings Limited reported a 59% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue for FY26, supported by capacity additions, higher generation, and strong operating performance. Total consolidated revenue for the fiscal year rose to Rs 2,507 crore, while net profit nearly doubled to Rs 498 crore, up 99% compared to the previous year.

For the quarter ended March 2026, the company posted total revenue of Rs 705 crore, marking a 30.7% increase from Rs 539 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year. Profit after tax (PAT) for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 138 crore, reflecting a 13.3% year-on-year rise.

The company maintained Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) margins of 90.2% during Q4 FY26 and 90.3% for the full fiscal year.

ACME Solar highlighted the commissioning of approximately 2.3 GWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity, among the largest commissioned capacities in India to date. According to the company, the storage assets are generating a net realisation of around Rs 2.2 crore per day. The company also completed commissioning a 100 MW wind project, its largest wind installation to date.

During the quarter, the company secured a 301 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). Total project additions during FY26 reached 1,401 MW. ACME Solar’s under-construction portfolio expanded to 5,081 MW, including nearly 15 GWh of BESS capacity.

Total power generation during FY26 increased 61.1% year-on-year to 6,464 million units, reflecting the impact of additional commissioned assets and improved plant utilisation.

On the financing side, the company tied up debt exceeding Rs 15,000 crore for around 1.5 GW of under-construction projects during the year. It also refinanced approximately Rs 3,300 crore linked to nearly 850 MW of operational assets, resulting in an interest cost reduction of around 150 basis points.
