ACME Solar Holdings Limited has appointed Rahul Kaushik to a newly created leadership role to strengthen operational governance and improve process efficiency across the organisation.
In a press release dated February 4, 2026, the company announced Kaushik’s appointment as Head of Process Transformation. In this role, he will focus on building resilient and future-ready processes while reinforcing governance frameworks across ACME Solar’s expanding renewable energy portfolio. He will work closely with the senior leadership team to streamline business processes, with emphasis on risk management, internal controls, and operational performance.
Kaushik brings close to two decades of experience in internal audit and risk advisory. Before joining ACME Solar, he led the Internal Audit function at O2 Power. His earlier assignments include senior roles at Ernst and Young, KPMG, and Grant Thornton. His professional experience spans renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
ACME Solar said Kaushik’s background will support the company as it scales operations and formalises governance structures. The role is intended to develop agile, standardised, and digitally enabled processes that support long-term growth and stakeholder value.
