ACME commissions wind and BESS capacity in Gujarat, Rajasthan

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has reported new commissioning milestones across its wind and battery energy storage system (BESS) portfolio in Gujarat and Rajasthan, all achieved on April 13, 2026.
ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, completed the final 4 MW tranche of its 100 MW wind project located in Titoda village, Surendranagar district, Gujarat. With this, the project has reached its full commissioned capacity of 100 MW. The commissioning process was witnessed by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL). A formal commissioning certificate is expected to be issued.
In Rajasthan, ACME Solar Holdings Limited commissioned additional battery storage capacity across two projects. ACME Surya Power Private Limited brought online the fourth phase of its BESS project in Jaimalsar, Bikaner. This phase added 32.366 MW / 145.435 MWh, increasing the total commissioned capacity at the site to 139.509 MW / 626.875 MWh.
In a separate development, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited commissioned the sixth phase of its BESS project located in Sanwara and Mehar Nagar, Tehsil-Pokhran, Jaisalmer. This phase added 38 MW / 80.252 MWh, taking the total project capacity to 285 MW / 601.904 MWh.
The commercial operation date (COD) for both BESS phases has been scheduled for April 15, 2026.
