ACME Solar commissions 15 MW/240.752 MWh BESS project in Rajasthan
ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, has commissioned a 15 MW/240.752 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project at Sanwara and Mehar Nagar villages in Pokhran tehsil, Jaisalmer district, Rajasthan.
The project was commissioned on August 27, 2026, with its Commercial Operation Date (COD) scheduled for August 29, 2026. With this addition, ACME Suryodaya has achieved a commissioned capacity of 300 MW/1,354.224 MWh.
The latest commissioning follows the commissioning of 160.512 MWh of BESS capacity by ACME Suryodaya on July 20, 2026, at its project in Sanwara and Mehar Nagar, Pokhran, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
Financials
ACME Solar reported consolidated total revenue of Rs 954 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, an increase of 63.3% year-on-year. Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 80% to Rs 235 crore, while Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) increased 56.5% to Rs 831 crore during Q1 FY27.
