Ahasolar Technologies Limited has secured a work order from Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT) to act as Project Monitoring Consultant (PMC) for a 30 MW (AC) distributed rooftop solar programme across government buildings in Goa.
The consultancy contract, valued at about Rs 2.48 crore including Goods and Services Tax (GST), involves oversight of grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) system deployment across multiple identified sites. The company stated that the contract is domestic in nature and does not involve any related-party interest.
The order was disclosed to BSE on April 23, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Ahasolar has a timeline of 15 months to complete its PMC responsibilities.
The contract adds to the company’s consultancy portfolio and strengthens its presence in the solar advisory and project management segment, alongside its software and net zero advisory offerings.
