Indosolar Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has approved key leadership appointments following its Board meeting held on Monday, April 20, 2026.
The board appointed Nilesh Bhogilal Gandhi as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director) and Abhishek Pareek as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Both appointments take effect from April 20, 2026, with Gandhi’s appointment subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing general meeting.
Gandhi, a Chartered Accountant and lawyer, has over three decades of experience across global business strategy, treasury, and investments. His background includes work in private equity, venture funds, and real estate financing. He also serves as an Independent Director on the board of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited.
Pareek, also a Chartered Accountant, brings more than 18 years of experience in banking, trade finance, budgeting, and treasury functions. He currently serves as CFO at Waaree Energies Limited.
The company stated that both appointees are not related to any existing directors or promoters and are not restricted from holding such positions under any order issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
