KPI Green commissions first 24.2 MW AC tranche of Gujarat solar project

KPI Green Energy Limited has announced the early commissioning of the first 24.2 MW AC tranche, equivalent to 34.4 MW DC, of its 250 MW AC and 350 MW DC solar power project in Gujarat. The company stated that this milestone was achieved well ahead of the overall project schedule.
The project was awarded by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) through a competitive bidding process for power procurement. The full capacity of the project is contracted for completion by October 2026. KPI Green Energy said the remaining capacity is expected to be implemented at a similar pace.
The company noted that the early commissioning reflects its project management and execution capabilities. It added that the project is being implemented with a focus on efficiency and timely delivery.
KPI Green Energy recently reported its highest ever quarterly revenue for the seventh consecutive quarter in Q3 FY26. For the nine months ended 31 December 2025, the company reported a 60% increase in consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT).
