PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), has incorporated Bhuj ICT Transmission Limited as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to develop the Rs 5.87 billion “Provision of ICT Augmentation & Bus Reactor at Bhuj-II PS” transmission project.
This initiative, under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process, is expected to be implemented within 21 months from the transfer of the SPV.
The project involves upgrades to the Bhuj-II Power Station (GIS), including the addition of three 500 MVA, 400/220 kV transformers, one 1500 MVA, 765/400 kV transformer, and a 330 MVAr, 765 kV bus reactor. These enhancements will be supported by the installation of associated GIS bays at various voltage levels.
