Advait Energy Transitions emerges L1 bidder for two power projects

Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly Advait Infratech Limited) has the stock exchanges that it has emerged as the lowest bidder in two separate competitive tenders. The company received confirmations for both projects on 8 January 2026.
Under the first project, awarded by Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL), Advait Energy has received bid confirmation for works under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). The contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) across five locations in Gujarat. The total indicative value of the project is around Rs 245.34 crore, inclusive of taxes.
The area-wise indicative values are Rs 55,14,40,227 for Morbi, Rs 53,83,92,520 for Bhavnagar, Rs 54,08,46,198 for Rajkot Rural Circle, Rs 44,48,34,929 for Amreli, and Rs 37,78,50,242 for Surendranagar.
Additionally, Advait Energy has been confirmed as the L1 bidder for a project awarded by Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (PTCUL). This project involves replacing the existing Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) Panther conductors with High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) conductors on the 132 kV Rishikesh T Point Chilla Bhupatwala transmission line. The indicative value of this contract is Rs 27,87,89,080.60, inclusive of taxes.
The company stated that additional disclosures, as required under Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Regulations, will be made after the receipt of the formal Letter of Intent or Letter of Award for each project.
