NTPC commissions 6.6 MW wind unit in Bhuj hybrid project

NTPC Green Energy Limited has declared commercial operation for the 6.6 MW wind component of a 100 MW hybrid project in Bhuj, Gujarat. The project is owned by Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, which is part of the NTPC Green Energy Limited group structure. The company issued the update in a regulatory filing dated 10 December 2025.
With this unit online, the NTPC Green Energy Limited group’s installed capacity has reached 7,645.675 MW. The NTPC group’s total installed and commercial capacity now stands at 84,931 MW. The project is scheduled to begin commercial operations on 11 December 2025.
