Oriana Power to build 75 MW solar plus storage project in Rajasthan

Oriana Power has entered into an agreement to develop a 75 MW solar power plant with an integrated 111.57 MWh battery energy storage system in Rajasthan.

The project, valued at Rs 4.76 billion, will be implemented on an engineering, procurement and construction basis. Scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, construction, installation and commissioning. Completion is targeted within eight months.

In August 2025, Oriana Power secured capacity in Solar Energy Corporation of India’s third green ammonia auction, with a commitment to supply 60,000 tonnes per annum to Madhya Bharat Agro Products in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, under a 10-year agreement. NTPC Renewable Energy also won a contract in the same auction to supply 70,000 tonnes per annum to Krishna Phoschem in Meghnagar, Madhya Pradesh, for a period of ten years.
