Pace Digitek wins SECI order for 1,200 MWh BESS in Andhra Pradesh

Pace Digitek has received an order from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to supply a 600 MW/1,200 MWh standalone grid-connected battery energy storage system in Andhra Pradesh. The project, valued at about Rs 11.59 billion, was tendered in August 2025.
The company’s scope includes the design and engineering of the entire system along with its associated components. This covers the supply of BESS direct-current blocks integrated with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection systems. It also includes the provision of the power conversion system, battery management system, and energy management system.
Pace Digitek will integrate the control systems with the PCS, complete all interconnections, and carry out testing and commissioning of the entire setup. The company will also maintain the system for ten years after commissioning.
In July 2025, Pace Digitek commissioned a BESS manufacturing facility through its subsidiary Lineage Power Private Limited. On the financial front, the company’s consolidated net profit declined 2.88% sequentially to Rs 54.69 crore in Q2 FY26, while revenue fell 46.28% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 367.07 crore. Year-on-year, net profit rose 10.26% and revenue increased 7.28%. Profit before tax grew 11.42% to Rs 73.87 crore in Q2 FY26 compared with Rs 66.30 crore in Q2 FY25.
