Sherisha Rooftop Solar SPV Four Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has partnered with LC Infra Projects Private Limited to form LC Infra Solar LLP.
The LLP will develop a 150 MW solar power project awarded by Maharashtra State Power Generation Limited. LC Infra Solar LLP has been established with a capital contribution of Rs 10,000, with SPV Four holding a 26% stake.
