Adani Green commissions 150 MW solar project at Khavda

Adani Green Energy Limited has operationalised a 150 MW solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat, through its wholly owned stepdown subsidiary Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C Limited.

The project was commissioned on May 10, 2026, and power generation commenced on the same day, according to the company.

With the addition of the new project, Adani Green Energy Limited’s total operational renewable energy generation capacity has increased to 19,735.8 MW. The company also has operational battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity of 1,376 MWh.

The Khavda project forms part of AGEL’s larger renewable energy development programme in Gujarat, where the company is developing one of the world’s largest single-location renewable energy parks.

Earlier, AGEL had operationalised a separate 292 MW solar power project at Khavda through its wholly owned stepdown subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Six A Limited, with operations commencing from April 23, 2026.
