Dalmia Cement acquires 26% stake in Solis Urja Energy

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (DCBL), a subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Limited, has signed a share subscription and shareholders agreement (SSSHA) to acquire a 26% equity stake in Solis Urja Energy Private Limited. The acquisition involves the purchase of 1,750,000 equity shares worth Rs 17.5 million, to be completed in one or more tranches.

Bolt.Earth raises $5 million to expand EV charging solutions

Waaree Energies secures orders for 330 MW of solar modules

Waaree Energies Limited has received a Letter of Award to supply 180 MW of solar modules, rated at 585/590 Wp, for a renewable energy project in India.  The modules will be supplied to a well-established domestic customer, with delivery scheduled for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, Waaree Energies has secured an order to supply 150 MWp of n-type TOPCon bifacial glass-glass solar modules, also rated at 585/590 Wp, for another renewable energy project in India.
