Waaree Solar Americas wins 288 MW US solar module order

Waaree Energies Limited has reported that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has received a 288 MW solar module supply order from a major United States-based developer and owner operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. The order was booked on December 5, 2025.
The contract covers a one-time supply of solar modules to an international entity. As per the disclosure filed with the BSE and NSE, delivery and fulfilment of the 288 MW order are planned for the financial year 2026-27.
Waaree Energies Limited has clarified that the transaction is not a related-party deal. The company stated that the promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the entity that placed the order.
