Waaree Solar Americas, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has secured an order for the supply of 125 MW of Heterojunction Technology (HJT) solar modules from an international customer.

According to a regulatory filing, the order has been placed by an international entity engaged in owning and operating utility-scale renewable energy projects. The company will execute supplies during FY 2026-27.

The contract covers the supply of Waaree Solar Americas’ high-efficiency HJT solar modules, a technology that combines crystalline silicon with thin-film layers to improve module efficiency and energy output.

While the customer has not been identified, Waaree stated that the order has been awarded by a reputed international renewable energy developer with a portfolio of utility-scale projects.

The latest order adds to Waaree’s overseas business pipeline and is expected to contribute to the company’s module shipments during the current financial year.
