Waaree RTL reports EPC expansion, new order and 1,500 MW module deal

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (Waaree RTL) and Waaree Energies Limited have announced a project capacity enhancement, a new Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract and a major solar module supply order, with all disclosures made in late December 2025 to the stock exchanges.
On 30 December 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited informed the exchanges about an enhancement to an existing EPC contract. The capacity of the ground-mounted solar project with Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support has increased from 30 MWp to 35 MWp. The commercial order value has risen from Rs 90.29 crore to Rs 102.93 crore, exclusive of taxes, reflecting an increase of Rs 12.64 crore. The company stated that the earlier terms remain unchanged, and the project is planned for completion in the financial year 2026-27.
On 31 December 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies also reported a new Letter of Award (LOA) for another EPC project. The company will implement a ground-mounted solar project of 28.60 MWac or 39.80 MWp on a turnkey basis. The order value is approximately Rs 96.51 crore, excluding taxes, and the execution timeline is the financial year 2026-27.
On the same date, Waaree Energies Limited announced a major domestic module supply order totalling 1,500 MW. This includes 1,000 MW under the Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) category and 500 MW of non-DCR modules. The supply is planned for the financial year 2026-27.
The companies stated that the filings were made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and confirmed that these are not related party transactions.
