Waaree Energies forms new subsidiary for IPP project development

Waaree Energies Limited has set up a new wholly owned step-down subsidiary to support its Independent Power Producer strategy. The company confirmed the incorporation of Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited on 10 December 2025 through Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company said in its filing that Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited has been created as an Independent Power Producer. The subsidiary will be used to facilitate and hold identified power projects under the IPP structure. Waaree Energies noted that the entity is newly incorporated, has not started operations and has no turnover at this stage.
Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited holds all shares in Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited. The disclosure was submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
