Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited has formed a new step-down subsidiary in Romania as part of its international project development strategy. The company said its Dubai-based subsidiary, Sterling and Wilson International Solar FZCO, incorporated Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy S.R.L on 08 December 2025.
The company stated that the Romanian subsidiary will focus on the construction of utility projects for electricity. It has an authorised and subscribed capital of 100 Romanian Leu and was acquired for the same cash consideration. The entity is newly incorporated and has not started operations. It currently has no turnover.
Sterling and Wilson International Solar FZCO holds all shares in the Romanian unit. The disclosure was submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
