Viviana Power Tech signs Rs 2,448 crore MoUs in Gujarat

Viviana Power Tech Limited has signed multiple Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Gujarat government, worth Rs 2,448 crore, on the opening day of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) 2025.
The agreements cover the design, supply, and execution of substations, power transmission and distribution systems, renewable energy projects, smart grid upgrades, and the manufacturing and supply of transformers. The projects are expected to create employment for over 2,000 people in the state.
Viviana Power Tech operates in power transmission, distribution, and industrial electrical EPC projects, offering services including supply, erection, testing and commissioning of transmission lines, EHV substations, power distribution networks, underground cable laying, upgrades and modifications of existing systems, transformer manufacturing, and real estate development.
