Viviana Power Tech secures Rs 1.06 billion contracts for Gujarat SI schemes

Viviana Power Tech Limited has won two contracts: Rs 323.43 million from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) and Rs 741.29 million from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) and Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL) under the System Improvement (SI) Scheme.
The awards are part of SI schemes estimated at Rs 1.09 billion for MGVCL, Rs 2.61 billion for PGVCL, and Rs 1.18 billion for DGVCL.
The SI scheme aims to ensure quality and reliable power supply through feeder bifurcation, conversion of overhead lines to underground cables, establishment of new substation link lines, installation of high tension (HT) aerial bunch conductors, replacement of deteriorated conductors, low tension (LT) aerial bunch conductor upgrades, and distribution transformer reviews in Gujarat.
