Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has received a domestic order worth Rs 103.45 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the manufacturing and supply of 54 transformers of various types.
In a regulatory filing dated November 10, 2025, TARIL stated that the order is part of its regular business operations and does not qualify as a related party transaction. The company expects to complete deliveries by the next financial year.
The order further strengthens TARIL’s position in India’s power transmission equipment market. As the country’s second-largest transformer manufacturer by capacity, TARIL operates three production facilities near Ahmedabad and manufactures power, distribution, furnace, and specialty transformers.
