Waaree Energies Limited has inaugurated a 5.4 GW solar cell manufacturing facility in Chikhli, Gujarat. Spanning 150 acres, with a built-up area of 101 acres, the plant is equipped with high-efficiency solar cell technology to strengthen India’s domestic solar manufacturing capabilities. Waaree Energies Limited has secured an order to supply 150 MWp of n-type TOPCon bifacial glass-glass solar modules, rated at 585/590 Wp.  The modules will be delivered to a domestic renewable energy developer managing projects across India.
