NCT clears three interregional transmission projects worth Rs 38.4 billion

The National Committee on Transmission (NCT), in its latest meeting, recommended two interstate transmission system (ISTS) projects to the Ministry of Power (MoP) for final clearance. These projects will be implemented under the tariff based competitive bidding (TBCB) route. Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has cleared investments for three transmission projects.
