BEE proposes annual energy audits for DISCOMs
The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) has issued draft regulations proposing mandatory annual energy audits and quarterly energy accounting reports for electricity distribution companies (DISCOMs) designated as consumers under the Energy Conservation Act, 2001.
