DVC signs PPAs with GUVNL to supply 559 MW of power

Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has entered into power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) to supply a total of 559 MW of electricity.  This includes 359 MW from the 800 MW Durgapur Thermal Power Expansion Project in West Bengal and 200 MW from the 2×800 MW Koderma Thermal Power Expansion Project in Jharkhand. DVC highest bidder for Hiranmaye Energy assets
