HG Infra declared qualified bidder by NTPC Vidyut Vyapar

HG Infra Engineering has been declared the qualified bidder by NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam for 185 MW/370 MWh as part of a 500 MW/1000 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project.  The project is supported by viability gap funding, and the tariff rate is set at Rs 2.38 million per MW per month. The contract is scheduled for completion in 1.5 years.

Scatec achieves financial close for South Africa’s 103 MW Mogobe BESS

Scatec has reached financial close for its 103 MW/412 MWh Mogobe battery energy storage system (BESS) in South Africa. CIP approves investment for 220MW battery energy storage system in Chile

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has made a final investment decision on the 220MW Arena Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Chile’s Antofagasta region. This project, funded through CIP’s Growth Markets Fund 2, will store 1100MWh of energy and is strategically located near key transmission infrastructure and industrial clusters.
