Skipper Limited reported its highest-ever annual revenue and profitability for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, supported by strong execution in the transmission and distribution (T&D) segment.

On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose 20% year-on-year to Rs 55,528 million from Rs 46,245 million in FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 42% to Rs 2,073 million from Rs 1,458 million. Earnings per share (EPS) on a consolidated basis stood at Rs 18.88.

EBITDA grew 27% to Rs 5,727 million, with margins improving to 10.3% from 9.8%. Profit before tax (PBT) rose 47% to Rs 2,864 million. The company attributed margin improvement to operating leverage and execution of higher-value T&D contracts.

In Q4FY26, revenue reached a record Rs 16,666 million, up 29% year-on-year. EBITDA increased 40% to Rs 1,734 million, while PAT rose 70% to Rs 756 million.

The order book stood at Rs 85,020 million as of March 2026, with 90% domestic and 10% export share. Order inflows during FY26 totalled Rs 56,780 million, including contracts from Power Grid Corporation of India and international markets. The bidding pipeline was around Rs 330,000 million.

During the year, the company commissioned four 765 kV projects covering 940 circuit kilometres. Its EPC division is executing about 5,000 circuit kilometres of extra high voltage (EHV) and high voltage direct current (HVDC) lines. It also reported testing of a 293 metric tonne transmission tower and India’s first Composite Insulated Cross Arms.

Skipper set up Skipper LATAM in Brazil and is establishing subsidiaries in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States of America (USA). A capacity expansion of 75,000 MTPA is underway, with total capacity expected to reach 450,000 MTPA by June 2026.
