Saatvik Solar wins Rs 2.99 billion domestic solar module orders

Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, has secured domestic orders worth approximately Rs 2.99 billion for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules. The contracts were awarded by three independent power producers (IPPs) and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies. Deliveries are scheduled between December 2025 and March 2026.
In October 2025, Saatvik Green Energy Limited also received a larger order valued at Rs 6.89 billion from Indian IPPs and EPC contractors for the supply of high-efficiency solar modules.
Saatvik Green Energy recently announced strong financial results for the second quarter (Q2 FY26) and first half (H1 FY26) ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations grew 133% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 16.84 billion in H1 FY26, compared with Rs 7.21 billion in H1 FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 146% YoY to Rs 2.02 billion from Rs 0.82 billion in the same period last year.
For Q2 FY26, the company reported a 61.6% YoY rise in revenue to Rs 7.68 billion, while PAT increased 36.4% to Rs 0.83 billion. Saatvik maintained an EBITDA margin of over 16%, supported by expanded manufacturing capacity, a diversified product portfolio, and efficient operations.
