INOX India, Suzlon Energy, and ACME Solar report Q2 FY26 results

INOX India Ltd, Suzlon Energy, and ACME Solar Holdings have reported solid financial results for the second quarter of FY26.

INOX India Ltd recorded a 16% year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 371 crore in Q2 FY26. EBITDA rose 18% to Rs 92 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) grew 22.9% to Rs 62 crore. Export revenue stood at Rs 211 crore, contributing 57% to total income. For the first half of FY26, INOX India reported its highest-ever performance, with revenue up 16.3% year-on-year to Rs 723 crore, EBITDA increasing 18.7% to Rs 180 crore, and PAT rising 20.9% to Rs 122 crore. Export revenue for H1 stood at Rs 409 crore, accounting for 56% of total revenue.

Suzlon Energy reported a sharp improvement in profitability, posting a net profit of Rs 1,279 crore in Q2 FY26 compared with Rs 200 crore in the same quarter last year. The results included a tax write-back of Rs 718 crore. Revenue increased 84% year-on-year to Rs 3,870 crore, while EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 720 crore from Rs 293.4 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 18.6% from 14% a year earlier.

ACME Solar Holdings also reported robust growth, with revenue for Q2 FY26 rising 103.8% year-on-year to Rs 601 crore. EBITDA increased 108.3% to Rs 534 crore, and net profit surged 652.1% to Rs 115 crore. The company’s EBITDA margin improved to 88.8%, while PAT margin rose to 19.1%, up from 5.2% a year earlier.
