Reliance Industries Ltd is one of four bidders shortlisted for the interstate transmission system (ISTS) project in Gujarat, managed by Jamnagar Transmission Ltd. This marks a potential entry for Reliance into interstate power transmission development. Competing alongside seasoned players Adani Energy Solutions Ltd, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, and Sterlite Power, the project is seen as a key development in Gujarat’s power infrastructure.
