REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, has set up three new Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to implement upcoming transmission infrastructure projects. The three newly incorporated SPVs are:
In addition to these, RECPDCL has also incorporated Umred Power Transmission Limited, Sakoli Power Transmission Limited, and SR WR Power Transmission Limited earlier this month. These companies are similarly expected to support future transmission network requirements.
