Quality Power secures Rs 48.3 crore US order for reactors

India’s Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited has secured an international order worth about Rs 48.3 crore, excluding taxes, for the supply of high-voltage reactors to a data centre project in the United States of America. The awarding entity has not been disclosed due to a binding non-disclosure agreement.
The contract is classified as a single large order from an international customer and is scheduled for execution over approximately 12 months. The company stated that no promoter, promoter group or group company has any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited is a publicly listed Indian multinational focused on high-voltage power equipment and power quality solutions. The company operates across more than 100 countries, supplying utilities and industrial clients to support grid stability, operational efficiency and network reliability.
