Q3 FY26 earnings: INOX India, Coal India, Hindalco, Insolation Energy, Solex

INOX India Ltd, Coal India Limited, Hindalco Industries Limited, Insolation Energy Ltd, and Solex Energy have reported their Q3 FY26 results.

INOX India recorded revenue of Rs 436 crore in Q3 FY26, up 27.4% year on year (YoY). Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 34.2% YoY to Rs 102 crore, while adjusted profit after tax (PAT) increased 32.4% YoY to Rs 68 crore. Export revenue stood at Rs 271 crore, contributing 62% to total revenue. Order inflow for the quarter was Rs 392 crore, taking the order book to Rs 1,457 crore. For the nine months (9M) of FY26, revenue rose 20% YoY to Rs 1,157 crore, with adjusted EBITDA at Rs 281 crore and adjusted PAT at Rs 189 crore.

Coal India reported consolidated profit of Rs 7,157 crore in Q3 FY26, down 15.8% YoY from Rs 8,506 crore. Revenue declined 5.3% YoY to Rs 34,924 crore. EBITDA fell 24.2% YoY to Rs 9,331 crore, and EBITDA margin narrowed to 26.7% from 33.4% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Hindalco Industries posted consolidated profit of Rs 2,049 crore in Q3, down 56.8% quarter on quarter (QoQ) from Rs 4,741 crore. Revenue increased 0.7% QoQ to Rs 66,521 crore. EBITDA declined 10.8% QoQ to Rs 7,994 crore, with margin at 12% compared to 13.6% in the previous quarter.

Insolation Energy reported revenue of Rs 1,352 crore for 9M FY 2025–26, marking 44% YoY growth. Q3 FY26 revenue rose 77% YoY to Rs 575.3 crore. EBITDA for 9M FY26 stood at Rs 195.5 crore with a margin of 14%, while Q3 FY26 EBITDA increased 175% YoY to Rs 81.7 crore. PAT was Rs 130.8 crore for 9M FY26 and Rs 50.7 crore for Q3 FY26.

Solex Energy reported Q3 FY26 total revenue of Rs 319.4 crore, up 135.3% YoY from Rs 135.747 crore as of December 31, 2024. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, total income rose 79.3% YoY to Rs 735.1 crore from Rs 409.916 crore. Q3 EBITDA increased 10.0% YoY to Rs 27.2 crore, while nine-month EBITDA grew 72.5% YoY to Rs 88.1 crore. Profit after tax stood at Rs 8.9 crore in Q3 FY26 and Rs 39.4 crore for the nine-month period, up 45.3% YoY.
