Prozeal Green Energy Limited has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Grasim Industries Limited to develop a 70 MW wind–solar hybrid project. The capacity includes 49.5 MW in Gujarat and 20.5 MW in Andhra Pradesh.
The project underscores Prozeal’s strategy to expand its portfolio in integrated renewable solutions, combining wind, solar, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen to deliver long-term clean energy to industrial consumers.
Prozeal Green Energy recently received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in September for its Rs 700 crore initial public offering (IPO).
