Premier Energies subsidiaries win Rs 2,703 crore solar supply orders

Premier Energies announced that its subsidiaries have secured orders worth Rs 2,703 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and cells. The contracts, placed by both new and existing customers, cover an aggregate capacity of 2,059 MW and will be executed during FY 2026 and FY 2027.
The company informed exchanges that the orders were received by Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, and Premier Energies International Private Limited.
The development follows the company’s strong Q1FY26 performance. Premier Energies reported a 55.3 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 307.79 crore for the June 2025 quarter, while revenue increased 9.9 per cent to Rs 1,820.74 crore.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Telangana, Premier Energies is the second-largest integrated solar cell and module manufacturer in India. It produces high-efficiency solar cells, a range of monofacial and bifacial modules, and provides EPC and O&M services for solar projects.
