Premier Energies completes 51% stake acquisition in HeliosAnthos Energies

Premier Energies Limited has completed the acquisition of equity shares in HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited, following its investment to establish a joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited.
The company acquired 1,045,550 equity shares of HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited for a consideration of Rs 10,455,500. The shares were issued on a preferential basis through a private placement.
With this transaction, HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited has become a subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited. The acquired shares represent 51% of the target company’s paid-up equity share capital.
Premier Energies Limited received confirmation of the completion of the transaction from the target company on March 3, 2026.
Earlier, the Board of Directors of Premier Energies approved the formation of the joint venture at its meeting held on February 9, 2026.
The joint venture will undertake engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects in the renewable energy sector. Its scope includes solar, wind, battery energy storage system (BESS), and hybrid power projects in India.
