PFCCL forms SPV for Mundra transmission system

PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated Mundra I Transmission Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV), for developing the transmission system to supply power to Green Hydrogen and Ammonia manufacturing facilities in the Mundra area of Gujarat (3 GW) under Phase-I Part B1. This was announced on December 27, 2024.
PFCCL has been designated as the bid process coordinator (BPC) to select a transmission service provider (TSP) through the tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process.
